Gift Card Solution Terms & Service

Our Gift Card Solution provides businesses with a comprehensive platform for issuing, processing, and managing gift cards. This section outlines the terms and conditions specific to our Gift Card Solution services.

The Gift Card Solution includes functionalities that allow cashiers to process customer gift cards at point of sale, administrators to issue new gift cards through a secure admin portal, and customers to check their card balances and manage their gift cards through customer-facing interfaces.

Gift cards issued through our solution are subject to the terms and policies set by the merchant. Our role is to provide the technological infrastructure that enables the issuance, redemption, and management of gift cards. The value stored on gift cards is maintained by the merchant, and Cowlar Design Studio does not hold or manage any monetary value associated with the gift cards.

Gift Card Terms and Limitations

Gift cards issued through our solution may be subject to certain terms and limitations as determined by the merchant, which may include expiration dates, usage restrictions, or balance limitations. These terms are set by the merchant and should be clearly communicated to customers at the time of purchase or issuance.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

The merchant's policy will govern how lost or stolen gift cards are handled. Our Gift Card Solution provides tools for merchants to manage these situations, but the final decision on replacing lost or stolen cards rests with the merchant.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations related to gift card purchases or redemptions are made at the discretion of the merchant. If a customer wishes to request a refund or cancellation involving a gift card, they must contact the merchant directly. Merchants have the sole authority to issue refunds and handle cancellations related to gift cards managed through our solution. Our Gift Card Solution does not impose additional fees on customers for refunds or cancellations processed by merchants.
