Gift Card Solution Privacy Policy
At Cowlar Design Studio, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our user's personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the data collected through our Gift Card Solution. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Our Gift Card Solution enables businesses to issue, process, and manage gift cards for their customers. The solution allows cashiers to process customer gift cards at point of sale, administrators to issue gift cards through an admin portal, and customers to check their card balances and manage their gift cards.
When customers use our Gift Card Solution, certain information is collected and processed, including gift card numbers, balance information, transaction history, and usage data. WhatsApp Business Messaging Privacy Policy
1. General Information
This Data Privacy Policy informs you about how we collect, process, and use your personal data when you interact with our services. As an independent Tech Provider, we process data on behalf of businesses using our platform for WhatsApp Business API messaging. This policy is subject to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
We act as a data processor for businesses using our platform and do not have direct relationships with WhatsApp users unless specified. If you are a WhatsApp User, please refer to the business with which you are interacting for further details.
2. Data Collection, Processing, and Use
We collect and process the following types of personal data:
- Partners (businesses using our platform): Company data (e.g., company registration number, address, contact details, financial data), technical integration details.
- Clients (businesses using WhatsApp Business API through our platform): Company data, financial data, message content, WhatsApp user IDs (phone numbers), metadata (date, time, message status).
- WhatsApp Users: Phone number, message content, message metadata (e.g., time, status of message), and additional performance messaging data (if applicable), such as conversion type or purchase amount.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
- Partners & Clients: To fulfill our contractual obligations, such as providing WhatsApp Business API services, integrating systems, and ongoing administration.
- WhatsApp Users: To facilitate communication between WhatsApp users and businesses and to improve our services by analyzing user behavior, message content, and performance metrics.
4. Data Sharing and Transfers
We may share your personal data with:
- Service Providers: To facilitate our services, such as cloud storage providers or technical support.
- Third Countries: We may transfer data to countries outside of the EU/EEA. These transfers will be in compliance with applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR).

For example, message content may be retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. WhatsApp User data (e.g., phone numbers, metadata) may be retained for a maximum of 3 months to ensure service continuity and troubleshooting.
